SMLL will field a Intermediate baseball division (ages 11-13) this year for an additional cost of $50 (Includes additional shirt). You must also register for Baseball to be eligible. The player will play in the Junior or Major division with one team in addition to an Intermediate team. The season for the Intermediate teams will begin May 1st. The schedule will include 2 games per week before May 15th and 1 per week after May 15th – minimum 10 games scheduled followed by a tournament.

The Intermediate diamond set-up is a 50-70 set-up and provides a nice transition from the 40-60 Majors set-up before going to the big diamond.

No additional fundraising or volunteer requirements. Additional $3 processing fee.

Referral Discount
Refer a new player/family to the league and both you and the player receive a $25 dollar discount on registration. Player(s) must be new to SMLL. Multiple players from the same family count as one discount.

Multi-player Family Discount
Families with 3 or more kids in SMLL will receive a $25 discount on child number 3 and above.


South Milwaukee Little League’s boundaries include – South Milwaukee, Cudahy, St. Francis and Bay View. If you live outside of this boundary, but your child attends a school within this boundary, your child would also be eligible.

The programs we offer are as follows:

  • Rookie Ball – 4-5 Year olds
  • A Baseball – 6-7 Year olds
  • AA Baseball – 7-8 Year olds
  • AA Softball – 6-8 Year olds
  • AAA Baseball/Softball – 9-10 Year olds
  • Major Baseball/Softball – 11-12 Year olds
  • Intermediate Baseball – 11-13 Year Olds
  • Junior Baseball 13-15 Years Old
  • Junior Softball – 13-15 Year olds

Baseball/Softball Early Bird Pricing — Save $35 before Feb 21, 2021.
Registration before Feb 21 – $105; after Feb 21 – $140.

Rookie Early Bird Pricing — Save $20 before Apr 1, 2021.
Registration before Apr 1 – $70; after Apr 1 – $90.

Skills Assessment

Baseball and softball players ages 6-14 will be evaluated on basic skills in fielding, throwing, and hitting, to aid in the creation of balanced and competitive teams across all age groups.

2021 Skills Assessments will be held at the South Milwaukee Middle School Gym, Enter Door #34

Skills Assessment – February 20th, 10am-4pm

  • Minors (ages 9 and below) – 10:30am-1pm
  • Majors (ages 10 and up) – Softball – 1pm-2pm
  • Majors (ages 10 and up) – Baseball – 2pm-3:30pm

This year, assessments will be held in half-hour sessions, 20 players per session. Please sign up for ONE half-hour session that matches your child’s age group listed above.

Players are only required to attend (1) of the Skills Assessments. Rookies do not need to attend the assessment. Masks will be required.

If you have not yet registered- please do so

You are encouraged to register prior to the skills assessment. If you are not able to, we will have computers available to complete registration at check-in.

South Milwaukee Little League believes every child should have the chance to play. If you need help paying for registration fees, the T-Mobile Little League Call Up Grant Program might be able to help your family this season!

The T-Mobile Little League® Call Up Grant is dedicated to helping families in need by covering registration fees associated with our local Little League program. T-Mobile and Little League share the belief that every child should have the chance to experience Little League, regardless of their financial or personal situation.
