News and Announcements

Dear SMLL Families:

SMLL players are invited to walk in the South Milwaukee Heritage Days Parade on Saturday, July 27th with SMLL.

If your player would like to walk in the parade, please have him/her wear SMLL gear (SMLL or Junior Rockets hats, t-shirts or uniforms, for example). Stay tune for updates once staging instructions are released.

Our Junior softball team is in the Central Regional tournament July 19th – 22nd. Central Region wants to let us know we can follow the team as they compete in the Regional tournament. Follow the instructions and pass them along.

Thanks and good luck girls!

Social Media Connection
We are planning on covering this event with as much exposure as possible for the teams playing. We really desire to promote the softball program and engage your local league, district, family and friends that can be here. The only way for us to do this it with your help. So, we are asking that you share this portion of the email with all your players, who are great at using social media, and your personnel and league connections so we can get a lot of traction.

We will have people on Friday interacting with the teams and fans and FB live and tweeting heavily before the teams play first games. Then we will try to capture moments throughout the tournament.

We will cover all of the games on Game Changer and FB live. This is our first time trying FB live for an event like this, so if we have issues, I apologize in advance.

Please share these with your contacts and ask them to connect with us, share and post:

Facebook: @2019CRJSR2 [This will only be used to broadcast the games on diamond 2 on for game coverage on Facebook live]
