To those interested in umpiring this upcoming season,
Below is an update about 2022 umpire training…
__
Good Afternoon,

First, let’s hope we don’t get “benched” again, but we are moving forward with plans for umpire training in 2022.

We will be holding our umpire classes on SATURDAY mornings, most likely 9:00 am – 11:00 am at Edgewood Elementary School, 8545 S. Shepard Ave., Oak Creek.

Training will begin on Saturday, February 26th and conclude on Saturday April 2nd. We understand that spring break may be occurring during this period. As a reminder, students may miss 1 class without being removed from training. So if someone misses because of a spring break trip, that would be their “1 miss”.

SMLL will provide more information closer to the training dates. If you have questions regarding umpiring for SMLL, please contact Chris Leighton at leighcr.cl@gmail.com.
